The job of a Substitute Cook's Helper is done for the purpose of preparing and serving food items to students and/or school personnel as well as maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition when staff are absent from position.

 

Applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the postition. These include, but are not limited to: significant (up to 50lbs) lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling. Generally, the job requires 5% sitting, 30% walking and 65% standing.  High School Diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.  No job-related experience is required (training provided).
